A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AND COUNCIL WILL DISCUSS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA. THE COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RETIRE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION CONCERNING ANY OF THE ITEMS LISTED ON THE AGENDA WHENEVER IT IS CONSIDERED NECESSARY AND LEGALLY JUSTIFIED UNDER THE OPEN MEETING ACT, CHAPTER 551, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.

A. PUBLIC HEARING –on Proposed Municipal budget for 2022/2023 Fiscal Year; Funding Municipal purpose and authorizing expenditures –Mayor Aguirre/Town Accountant Rose Hurt
B. First Reading of an Ordinance of the Town of Clint, Texas approving the 2022AD Valorem Tax Rate at the Voter Approved Rate and Levy of assessed valuation of all Taxable Property within the corporate limits of the city; providing for penalties and interest; and providing for the following: findings of fact; severability; savings clause; publication and effective date –Mayor Aguirre/Town Accountant Rose Hurt
Executive Session: The Town Council will retire in executive session pursuant to sections 551.071-551.076, -Texas Government Code, to discuss any of the following:

The City Council of the Town of Clint may recess into EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, under Article 551.071 –Consultation with Attorney; 551.072 –Deliberation Regarding Real Property 551.073 –Deliberation Regarding Gifts and Donations; 551.074 – Personnel Matters; 551.076 –Deliberation Regarding Security Devices and 551.087 –Deliberation Regarding Economic Development
