- PUBLIC HEARING – PLAT APPLICATION: Discuss and take action on a request to approve a Preliminary Plat proposed as Rio Bravo Unit One Replat A, legally described as Replat of Lot 17, Block 2, Rio Bravo Unit One Subdivision, Town of Clint, El Paso County, Texas containing 3.05 acres, currently zoned as B-2 (Commercial) to A-1A (Single Family Residential, Small Lots).
