A. Discuss and take action on road alignment for the reconstruction project of Fenter Rd. – Mayor Aguirre/Attorney Sylvia Firth
NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discuss and take action on a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit the FY 2023 State Homeland Security Grant Program application in the amount not to exceed $47,655.48, project titled, “Community Lifeline-Responder Communications” and authorizing the Mayor to serve as the grantee’s authorized official to the Public Safety Office within the Office of the Governor Homeland Security Grants Division. The authorized official is given the power to apply for, accept, reject, alter or terminate the grant on behalf of the applicant agency – Chief Rose Hernandez
B. Update on disposal of police vehicles – Mayor Aguirre
C. Discuss and take action on letter of objection sent by Mayor Aguirre for reconsideration on approval made January 27, 2022 to approve a quote from Phil Long Ford for the purchase/lease of three new Police Vehicles – Mayor Aguirre
D. Discuss and take action on Zoning and Construction of property on 141 Jeff Jones Dr. – Mayor Aguirre/Attorney Sylvia B. Firth
Executive Session: The Town Council will retire in executive session pursuant to sections 551.071-551.076, -Texas Government Code, to discuss any of the following:
