D. Discuss and take action to fill vacancy and approve a Resolution to appoint a representative for the Town of Clint’s position for the Transportation Policy Board (TPB) for the El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) – Mayor Aguirre
E. Discuss and take action on authorizing the Town Staff and Town Attorney (if needed) to issue an RFQ for Architectural Services -Alderman Dino Coronado
F. Discuss and take action on authorizing the Town Staff and Town Attorney (if needed) to issue an RFQ for City Planning Services – Alderman Dino Coronado
G. Discuss and take action on authorizing the Town Staff and Town Attorney (if needed) to issue an RFQ for Engineering Services – Alderman Dino Coronado

N. Create policy regarding eligibility for police officers to receive overtime pay in connection with grant funded programs – Alderman Adan Ruiz
O. Create a policy for town employees regarding the pandemic, if employee test positive for covid, how many days will employee be off, and who should the employee notify – Alderman Adan Ruiz
P. Discuss and take action on selecting contractor to install back door in the Community Center from three proposals received by the City – Mayor Aguirre
Q. Discuss and take action on creating an Ordinance prohibiting to chain up dogs outdoors within the Town of Clint – Mayor Aguirre
R. Discuss and take action on creating an Ordinance for any person running for seat as Mayor, Council or Planning and Zoning must be a property tax payer – Mayor Aguirre
S. Discuss and take action on accepting 2021 Clint Police Department Racial Profiling Report – Chief Rose Hernandez
T. Discuss and take action on employee 2022 holiday schedule – Mayor Aguirre
