- Presentation: Senior Advisory Committee introduction of committee member to Town council and community and announcement of upcoming events – Senior Advisory Committee
- Discuss and take action on appointing of Committee Chair for Senior Citizens Advisory Committee – Mayor Cano
- Presentation: El Paso County Capital Improvement Bond – El Paso County Executive Assistant – Capital Planning – Christine Cuevas
- Discuss and take action on approval of FY2025 Budget for El Paso County 9-1-1 District – El Paso County 9-1-1 District Operations Director – Rachel Sarabia Duarte
- Discuss and take action on Resolution approving Interlocal Agreement between the Town of Clint and the City of El Paso for Animal Services and authorizing the Mayor to sign necessary documents – Mayor Cano
- Discuss and take action on Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Clint Texas, approving and ratifying an agreement with SBNG for bookkeeping services to complete the audit for the Fiscal Year ending in September 2021; authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents; and providing an effective date – Mayor Cano
- Hold a Public Hearing and take action to approve first reading of an Ordinance adopting a zoning change within the municipal limits of the Town of Clint, Texas from Agriculture District (A) to Single Family Residential District, Small Lots (R-1A), for the property municipally known as 12500 North Loop Drive, Clint, Texas 79836, and described as Tract 17B, Block 22, San Elizario Grant, a Subdivision in El Paso County, Texas, and the notation of the change on the official zoning map; providing for the following: findings of fact; repealer; severability; effective date; and proper notice and hearing – Mayor Cano
- Hold a Public Hearing and take action to approve first reading of an Ordinance adopting a zoning change within the municipal limits of the town of Clint, Texas from Highway Business District (B-2) to Industrial (I), for the property municipally known as Highway 80, Clint, Texas 79836, and legally described as Tracts 12-G-3 and 12-G-4, 24 San Elizario Grant a Subdivision in El Paso County, Texas; and authorizing the notation of the change on the official zoning map providing for the following: finding of fact; repealer; severability; effective date; and proper notice and hearing – Mayor Cano
- Hold a Public Hearing and take action to approve an Ordinance to amend and update the Town of Clint’s Official Zoning Map – Mayor Cano
- Discuss and take action to approve first reading of an Ordinance approving the proposed amendments to the Town of Clint’s fee schedule – Mayor Cano
- Discuss and take action to accept the tax appraisal rolls for tax year 2024 – Mayor Cano – Town Accountant Rose Hurt

The City Council of the Town of Clint may recess into EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, under Article 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney; 551.072 – Deliberation Regarding Real Property 551.073 – Deliberation Regarding Gifts and Donations; 551.074 – Personnel Matters; 551.076 – Deliberation Regarding Security Devices and 551.087 – Deliberation Regarding Economic Development.

- Discussion on purchase of Clint Spur Drain Parcels #1 through #4, starting from corner of Alameda and Mckinney St. and ending at the Clint Lateral, approximately 5.72 Acres of land located within the limits of the Town of Clint
- Discussion on purchase of a parcel of Clint Spur Drain, located between Hansard Rd.
and a 1-acre property owned by Town of Clint, adjacent to FM1110, approximately 1.5
acres of land located within the limits of the Town of Clint
