A. Discuss and take action regarding the purchase of vehicles for the Police Department –Alderman Dino Coronado/Chief Rose Hernande
B. Discuss and take action on a budget amendment to transfer funds to the Police Department Budget to allow for the purchase of 3 police vehicles and the necessary equipment –Alderman Dino Coronado/Chief Rose Hernandez
C. Discuss and take action on accepting quotes for purchasing two Maintenance trucks –Mayor Aguirre
D. Discuss and take action on a budget amendment to transfer the sum of $70,000.00 from accounts 56112 MD Capitol Outlay –LRG Eq and 56114 MD Capital Outlay –2 New M to account 56111 Cap Out-New Truck to allow for the purchase of two maintenance trucks –Mayor Aguirre
 
NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discuss and take action to approve Town of Clint Audit for year ended September 30, 2020 –SBNG Certified Public Accountant –Tello, Cabrera, CPA
B. Discuss and take action on a concrete ditch adjacent to Fenter Rd. that is encroaching the Town’s right-of-way –Mayor Aguirre
C. Discuss and take action on a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter to allow the Bojorquez Law Firm to represent both Clint and Horizon City with regard to the Interlocal Agreement for Vector Control services –Attorney Sylvia B. Firth
D. Discuss and take action approving Interlocal Agreement with Horizon City for Vector Control services –Mayor Aguirre
E. Discuss and take action on Bojorquez Law Firm 2022 Rate Adjustment –Mayor Aguirre
F. Discuss and take action to authorize the town to commence the process on a request from Clint resident Homero Nunez purchase of portion of alley on Velasco Way/Esquivel Court in accordance with Ordinance No. 146–Mayor Aguirre
G. Discuss and take action to approve yearly funding contributions to Clint Public Library –Mayor Aguirre
H. Discuss and take action to approve and accept FY2021 Operation Stonegarden Grantfunding and approve a Resolution and making all required designations and assurances –Mayor Pro Tem Adan Ruiz/Chief Rose Hernandez
I. Discuss and take action authorizing Chief Rose Hernandez a City P Card used to purchase supplies, equipment, training for officers and maintaining department vehicles –Mayor Pro Tem Adan Ruiz
J. Discuss and take action on hiring a fulltime City Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the town beginning FY 23-Alderman Dino Coronado
K. Discuss and take action for the Town Council to censure the Mayor –Alderman Dino Coronado

N. Discuss and take action regarding a Resolution of Council ratifying the action taken by Mayor Dora H. Aguirre to submit a joint request with the City of San Elizario for an appropriations request to conduct a transportation feasibility assessment for the City of San Elizario and The Town of Clint –Attorney Sylvia B. O. Discuss and take action regarding a Resolution of the Town of Clint to adopt federal policies and procedures for procurements made with federal funds–Attorney Sylvia B. Firth / Alderman Ramon Cano
P. Discuss and take action regarding a Resolution of the Town of Clint Texas approving the use of certain hedging contracts by Texas Gas Service company, 2022-2023 –Attorney Sylvia B. Firth
