PUBLIC HEARING – Second Reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18 AND ORDINANCE NO. 18g ADOPTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1011a OF THE REVISED CIVIL STATUTES OF THE STATE OF TEXAS TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE PERCENTAGE OF LOT THAT MAY BE OCCUPIED, THE SIZE OF THE YARDS, COURTS, AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, THE DENSITY OF THE POPULATION, AND THE LOCATION AND USE OF THE BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE OR OTHER PURPOSE; AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST SUITED TO CARRY OUT THESE REGULATIONS; REPEALING AND REPLACING ORDINANCE NO. 118 AND ORDINANCE 18g IN THEIR ENTIRETY, PROVIDING AND EFFECTIVE DATE, SEVERANCE CLAUSE AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION – Mayor Cano / Carlos Gallinar – Able City LLC

  6. Discuss and take action on Election Calendar and Resolution to order General Election and Special Election on November 4, 2025 for election of three council members for General Election and one council member for Special Election – Mayor Cano
  7. Discuss and take action to approve Resolution approving Contract for Election Services with El Paso County for the November 4, 2025 General Election and Special Election, and authorize the Mayor to execute and take such actions as necessary for the conduct of the election – Mayor Cano
  8. Discuss and take action to approve Resolution appointing Election Officials for the November 4, 2025 General and Special Election – Mayor Cano
  9. Discuss and take action on calendar for public hearing and adoption of FY2025-26 Town of Clint Budget and Tax Rate; set dates in August 2025 for Budget Workshop and introduction of Tax Levy Ordinance; in September 2025 for Public Hearing on Budget and adoption of Budget and adoption of Budget; in September 2025 for Public Hearing on Tax Rate and second reading and approval of Ordinance to Levy Taxes – Mayor Cano

 

 

Executive Session: The Town Council will retire in executive session pursuant to sections 551.071-551.076, -Texas Government Code, to discuss any of the following:
