B. Discuss and take action on a request from PRC Productions to expand activities related to the filming of a movie into the Town of Clint –Mayor Aguirre/Jacob Cena Locations Manager/Producer
C. Discuss and take action on an unsolicited proposal to purchase the Valley Feed Mill and real estate currently owned by the Town submitted by Ricardo Trejo/Encino Metals–Mayor Aguirre/ Encino Metals –Ricardo Trejo
D. Discuss and take action on electing a Mayor Pro Tem for a term of one year –Mayor Aguirre
E. Discuss and take action on a Resolution to authorize for all council members to serve as secondary signers for all checking accounts with WestStar Bank –Mayor Aguirre
F. Discuss and take action on changing Street name from Willow Ave. to Tomas Rodriguez Ave. –Mayor Aguirre
G. Discussion and action authorizing the Mayor to issue a request for proposals for administrative services (RFP) and a request for qualifications (RFQ) for the 2023-2024 Texas Community Development Block Grant Program funds administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture –Mayor Aguirre

I .Discuss and take action on purchasing a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500truckfor the maintenance department for the sum of $34,357.00 from Casa Buick and authorizing the Mayor to sign all documents to purchase and register the truck –Mayor Aguirre
J. Discuss and take action on a budget amendment to cover the purchase of the truck for the maintenance department–Mayor Aguirre
K. Discussion and take action on purchasing one vehicle for the Police Department using the buy board information attached as backup to agenda item M below Mayor Aguirre
L. Discussion and action regarding a budget amendment to cover the purchase of one vehicle for the Police Department. Mayor Aguirre
M. Discussion and action to approve a Resolution accepting the bid from one of the 3vendors below to purchase 3 vehicles for the Police Department:

and authorizing the Mayor to sign all documents necessary to complete the purchase and register the vehicles. –Chief Rose Hernandez/Adan Ruiz
N. Discussion and action to determine the terms acceptable to finance the purchase of the 3 vehicles and approve a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign all documents necessary and proper to complete the financing the purchase of 3 police department vehicles pursuant to the Public Property Finance Act, Texas Local Government Code Section 271.005 and Section 265(b)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. –Chief Rose Hernandez/ Adan Ruiz
O. Discussion and action regarding approval of a Resolution to amend the FY 2021-2022 Budget to create a new account to reflect the creation of debt in the amount necessary to finance the purchase of 3 police vehicles for the requisite number of years -Chief Rose Hernandez /Rose Hurt
P. Discuss and take action to approve Contract for Election Services for the November 8, 2022 General Election, and authorize the Mayor to execute and take such actions as necessary for the conduct of the election-Attorney Sylvia B. Firth
Q. Discuss and take action on Election Calendar and Resolution to order General Election on November 8, 2022 for electing two council members and Mayor for two year term –Attorney Sylvia B. Firth
R. Discuss and take action on calendar for public hearing and adoption of FY2022-23 Town of Clint Budget and Tax Rate; set dates in August 2022 for Budget Workshop and introduction of Tax Levy Ordinance; in September 2022 for Public Hearing on Budget and adoption of Budget; in September 2022 for Public Hearing on Tax Rate and second reading and approval of Ordinance to Levy Taxes –Town Accountant Rose Hurt / Attorney Sylvia B. Firth
Executive Session: The Town Council will retire in executive session pursuant to sections 551.071-551.076, -Texas Government Code, to discuss any of the following:
