  • Discuss and take action authorizing the purchase of a 2022 Skid Steer 10K-14K 16×81” Utility Flat Bed Trailer from Desert Haven Trailer Co. for the sum of $6,751.45. Funding is available in FY 2022 – 2023 Town of Clint Budget in the 56112-MD-Capital Outlay-LRGE Eq account – Mayor Ramon Cano / Maintenance Supervisor Hector Parada
  • Discuss and take action authorizing the purchase of a Model DPX 7×14 GVWR Dump Trailer from Desert Haven Trailer Co. for the sum of $12,718.40. Funding is available on FY 2022 – 2023 Town of Clint Budget in the 56112-MD-Capital Outlay-LRGE Eq account. –  Mayor Ramon Cano / Maintenance Supervisor Hector Parada
  • Discuss and take action authorizing the purchase of a Bobcat Skid Steer Loader from Clark Equipment Company for the sum of $49,542.43.   1. Discuss and take action to make the following budget transfers to allow the purchase of items A, B & C from Old Business. Decrease 56114-MD-Capital Outlay-22 New M by $37,000; Decrease 52002-Septic Tank by $14,600; Decrease 52005-Newley Installed Street Li by $3,000; Decrease 59031-Repairs & Painting by $6,000; and Increase 56112-MD-Capital Outlay-LRGE Eq by $60,600 – Mayor Ramon Cano
  2. PUBLIC HEARING: Second Reading of an Ordinance of the Town of Clint Texas, to amend Ordinance No. 45 to create a new liquor district at 12891 Alameda Ave. to sell alcoholic beverages – Mayor Ramon Cano/Town Attorney Sylvia B. Firth
  3. DISCUSSION AND ACTION TO ADOPT an Ordinance of the Town of Clint Texas, to amend Ordinance No. 45 to create a new liquor district at 12891 Alameda Ave. to sell alcoholic beverages- Mayor Ramon Cano/Town Attorney Sylvia B. Firth.
  4. PUBLIC HEARING: Second Reading of an Ordinance of the Town of Clint Texas, renaming Willow Ave. and designating it as Tomas Rodriguez Ave.; providing for severability; repealing conflicting Ordinances; and providing an effective date – Mayor Pro Tem Adan Ruiz / Town Attorney Sylvia B. Firth
