NEW BUSINESS: Town Council will discuss and take action on the following:
- Discuss and take action to accept the 2025 Clint Police Department Racial Profiling Report – Chief Robert Fernandez
- Discuss and take action to reconsider approval of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign Task Order #1 with CEA group, Town Engineers for an amount of $6,868.65 for Recommendations for traffic calming and safety measures along Fenter Road – Mayor Cano
Executive Session: The Town Council will retire in executive session pursuant to sections 551.071-551.076, -Texas Government Code, to discuss any of the following:
- EXECUTIVE SESSION:
- Discuss and take action on Police Recruit Commitment to Serve and Training Reimbursement Agreement between the Town of Clint and Officer Turrubiartes. Meeting to be closed under Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and 551.074 (Personnel Matters) of the Texas Government Code – Chief Fernandez / Desiree Duarte, Town Attorney
- Discuss and take action to review application and make recommendation for hiring a Maintenance supervisor. Meeting to be closed under Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and 551.074 (Personnel Matters) of the Texas Government Code – Mayor Cano / Mayor Pro Tem Rose Hernandez
The City Council of the Town of Clint may recess into EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, under Article 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney; 551.072 – Deliberation Regarding Real Property 551.073 – Deliberation Regarding Gifts and Donations; 551.074 – Personnel Matters; 551.076 – Deliberation Regarding Security Devices and 551.087 – Deliberation Regarding Economic Development
